Samantha Radford, Evidence-based Mommy

Parenting is the biggest challenge you'll ever face.

Perhaps you're a new parent trying to figure it all out while you're running on less sleep than you've ever had before.

Or your child is older, and you feel helpless in connecting with her at this stage.

Or maybe you just had your second (or third!) child and sibling rivalry is rearing its head.

And we're not even getting into the other facets of your life yet! You need to nurture your relationship with your partner. Or maybe you're going this parenting thing alone. On top of that, you're trying to climb the ladder of your career, or maybe even adjust to staying at home with your children all day.

You might have strained family relationships and simply not know how to set boundaries (or if you're even allowed to set boundaries!) to protect the peace for you and your family.

Where do you turn?

Any of these situations can set you up for guilt. Shame. Anxiety. And most of all, fear.

Fear that you're making the wrong choices.

Fear that you're not doing this parenting thing right and that your child will pay the price.

Fear that it will never get better.

Are you worried?

Maybe you don't have confidence in your parenting choices.

Do you feel isolated?

You think you're the only one choosing to parent the way you do, and it's lonely!

Are you facing toxicity?

There are relationships that continually drain the energy you'd rather put elsewhere.

You're ready for growth

You want transformation in your life, your relationships, or your career.

With Samantha's guidance, I came out of our conversation feeling much more at ease about our baby's upcoming arrival. I not only received real-time suggestions, but a list of everything we discussed so I could come back to it and tackle my concerns.”

What is involved in a coaching session?

Before your session, I'll ask for some background information through a fillable form. That way, I can prep for your unique situation and be ready to go before our call!

During the session, I'll be there to listen and provide empathy. Beyond the listening ear, I'll also provide any helpful information I found, guide you to a more empowering perspective you your issue, and work with you to brainstorm solutions.

What is not involved in a coaching session?

Just to be clear, I am not a medical doctor or therapist. I will not be able to diagnose or treat emotional illness. If you are suffering from mental illness or in a dangerous or abusive relationship, please seek professional help.

How does the process work?

Slots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once you book, you'll have access to my calendar and be able to book your appointment. Please provide at least 24 hour notice if you have to cancel. At the same time, I get it! I will make an effort to only set out times in which I can be uninterrupted by my children.

I'll email you a link and we'll connect through Zoom (a video conferencing tool) or a phone call. At that point, the hour is yours! We can discuss kids, career, your marriage or partnership. Whatever is most beneficial for you is on the table, whether it's past, present, or future.

Of course, confidentiality is assured, and I ask that you do the same for me. If your concerns require more than one session to resolve, I offer multiple sessions at a greatly discounted rate.
